Mooloolaba Half Marathon
Enter On The Day:
The on-day entries marquee will be located within the assembly area. If you have not entered before the day, we recommend arriving early to ensure you get your registration well before the start of your event.
Registrations for posted entries close ‘last mail
Friday the week before the event after which a $5 late fee will
apply to all running events.
Registrations close 15mins prior to race start:
- 5:45am is cut off for Half Marathon
- 6:45am is cut off for 10km Run
- 7:45am is cut off for 5km Run / Walk
PLEASE NOTE: ** Posted entries will need to be in on or before the 11th September 2009, this will ensure that all posted entries will be contacted to confirm entry into the event before race day **

COURSE CONDITIONS:
Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your safety out on the course:
- * Please follow the instructions of race marshals at all times.
- * Only participants who have registered and have an official Team Ascent Event race number will be permitted onto the course.
- * No dogs, rollerblades or bikes are permitted on the course.
- * For saftey reasons, prams will unfortunately not be permitted this year due to the tight nature of the course.
- * Runners will follow the footpath the whole way.
- * Should you no longer be able to continue at any point along the course, please seek the assistance of a race marshal.
- * First Aid personnel will be located at the start / finish, and the 10km turn around.
- * Up to 20 course marshals will be located at regular and frequent positions along the course.
- * All major positions will have 2way radio communication, and all others will have mobile phone contact.
- * Signage will be strategically placed to warn other pedestrians of the fun run in progress.
DRINK STATIONS:
1 drink station will be spread along the course, allowing runners to go past each one twice – amounting to 2 drink stations. Please refer to the maps for the placements of drink stations.
