Fun stuff: balloons, face painting, tattoos, music & fireworks.
There is nothing like a carninval atmosphere to attract a crowd. And there is no better way to generate this than through lots of brightly coloured flags, banners and balloons. Families and the kids in particular love to get their faces painted and some fake tattoos on their arms. Live music will also help to build the atmosphere.
